Life Is Too Short

I didn't write this book as a book, I wrote it in response to all the empty, hollow, yet wonderful sounding promises and quotes I saw online. I was going through a very tough time, and wouldn't accept any fluffy feel-good motivational ideas, I wanted the realness. -
I realized very quickly that the realness I sought was always in me, buried away beneath years of expectations, entitlements, trauma, and hardship. When I started sharing my work with y'all, it helped you dig deep to discover the realness in you. All that is piled up on top of our best selves includes the influence of everyone we encounter, so we have to be violently protective of our circle. We are the sum of the five people we spend the most time with, so take a hard look at those people and decide if that's the future you want. #BLESS -
