Our environment matters. The things and people we surround ourselves with have a huge impact on how we feel on the inside. So when you're feeling low, take an audit on your environment. Some people are like junk food; good in the short term, harmful in large doses, and we have to be mindful of that. So before you self-diagnose yourself with depression, or even social anxiety, make sure you're not surrounded by unhealthy people and energy. While you're at it, take a look at your diet, that also impacts the way we feel about ourselves #BLESS
